Scheduled Maintenance

Dear Customer,

The Armagard support site had scheduled maintenance yesterday on Monday 9th May 2022.

This allowed our team to perform necessary updates to the system to ensure the best possible experience for users.

This maintenance has now been completed.

Moving forward, can you send new support requests through to our call center on 0121 608 7230, or by sending an email to armagard.tickets@armagard.com.

Please do not reply to the email address provided in your initial support email thread, as the inbox has now been changed.

However, the process of submitting a ticket through the support site directly has remained unchanged.
